This Privacy Policy explains how Will Ilsley, trading as WeMonetise (ABN 20 272 967 328) (“WeMonetise”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, holds and discloses your personal information. We are based in Victoria, Australia and are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
In short: we only collect the information you choose to give us when you enquire or book a call. We don't run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by emailing we.monetise@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect
We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our business. This includes:
- Contact details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and the contents of any message — when you email us or submit an enquiry.
- Booking information — when you schedule a call with us through our third-party booking provider (Calendly), including your name, email and any details you add to the booking.
- Communications — records of correspondence between you and us.
We do not currently operate accounts, logins, payment processing or a contact form that stores data on this website.
2. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not currently use website analytics or tracking pixels. Essential functionality may rely on your browser's standard settings. If you book through Calendly, that third-party service may set its own cookies — please refer to Calendly's privacy policy. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy accordingly.
3. How we use your information
We use the personal information we collect to:
- respond to your enquiries and provide the information or services you request;
- schedule and conduct calls and meetings;
- provide, manage and improve our services and proposals;
- communicate with you about your project or engagement; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
4. Disclosure of your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it to trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business, including:
- Calendly — scheduling and bookings;
- Google (Gmail) — email correspondence;
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
Some of these providers may store or process data on servers located outside Australia (for example, in the United States). Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
5. Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Accessing and correcting your information
Under APP 12 and APP 13, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. To make a request, email we.monetise@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
7. Complaints
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us first at we.monetise@gmail.com so we can address your concern. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above.
